Waypoint Arrow Question

So first off I love the guide and love seeing the progress it has made in the years. I was curious if there is an option anywhere to change how the waypoint arrow works or more so what it is directing me too. Often enough I do not follow the arrow as it tells me, I will cut through off the path or so on. Is there a setting to allow the arrow to point directly to the targeted quest giver or cords instead of the path to take to get there?

I know I can click on the step and it will point the arrow that was, wasn't sure if there was a way to make it point that way from the start.

Right now we do not have a way for it to do that automatically. This is something we might add in as an option but we are trying to reduce a lot of those travel lines so that there won't be as much of a need to just have it pointing straight at the end goal.

Thanks for the reply! I totally understand I don't have an issue doing it my way just wasn't sure if there was an option I was missing. Thanks for all you guys and gals do!!

I would be very interested in this option also .. often, especially while leveling I am picking herbs or mining, and it seems to get the waypoint system going around in circles. I would like to see a waypoint option to just point towards where the next guild objective is
