can't update guides

My husband and I (on separate computers) can't seem to update our guides we are both stuck on 7.0.18706 and they are showing that we need to update to 7.0.18710. He is running the classic client and i am running the beta as it works better for me. we are both elite members and are paid up. every time we hit update it looks like it is going to update but it doesn't update. i would repair but that is grayed out. Any Ides?

On another note he tried to sign up for the forums but it wouldn't let him.

Same thing here, Client constantly says that there is a new version, but does not update to it.

We are working on getting the update fixed so the client can get it.

Yup, same thing here. I hit update, it acts like it's updating as normal, then a moment later it just pops up the notification that there's an update again.

Did you try restarting the client? Have you tried disabling anti-virus to see if that's blocking it?

With a full uninstall, restart, reinstall of zygor and no ant-virus running, i still have an issue. The right download pane, still shows that there is new auction data. However, the Installed version and the Latest version read the same number. Its just instead of a play button I am presented with an update button.

The AH data still needing an update is normal right now. We currently have the AH data throttled so it will take quite a while for the client to eventually be able to get the data. You can just let the client run in the background and use the guides in game.
