Do you have any antivirus running? I don't see any connections hitting our server, so I'm wondering if something is getting in the way and blocking the connection

and windows firewall, adguard. disabled all and no luck. dont know whats wrong

Try using a VPN to change the route the connection is taking from your computer to our server.
