Zygor suggests mythic dungeon I have already completed.

It suggested Freehold, so I did Mythic Freehold, and it still suggests Freehold instead of telling me the next best dungeon.

Do you mean for the gear finder or for the suggestion section of the guide selection window?

The Gear Finder that's on the character window.

The gear finder will suggest dungeons based on how many upgrades are in each dungeon. If it keeps suggesting the same dungeon then it means that is the dungeon which has the most potential gear upgrades.

But you can get 0 of those upgrades if you already have done the dungeon.

If you have not gotten the gear drops that are an upgrade you can keep running that dungeon as often as you need to to get the drop. The drops are random but you are not locked out of getting them if you don't get them on your first run thru.

Quest problem

Ok it says in quest cathedral of eternal night kill Mephistrorth , I did this quest 27/12 /18
Also on another quest in halls of valor defeated Odyn did this quest also 26/12/18
Why do I need to do both again ? 120 monk alliance . Thanks guys thought I would ask in case I don't need to repeat them . Both down as Achievements. this by the way is for the mount Ban Lu. Thank you ps both dungeons with this character

If you're trying to do the Ban-Lu mount use the Ban-Lu, Grandmaster's Companion guide. It will direct you to do the Broken Shore Campaign guide if you have not already done so (and that might need some dungeon or raid kills) but the mount guide does not send you to any instances.

Well got broken shore campaign up and as you said I might have to do some dungeons . So really annoyed at wow ( not you) that I have to kill Mephistroth again quest 334 when I already have the achievements for killing him .Does not seem fair. Anyway thanks for help

The reason you have to do it again is you weren't on the quest at the time you did it. Thus it's not about achievements, it's about having the quest active in the quest log at the time of actually doing the instance.

What you're asking for is for the gear guide to recognize that you've ran the m0 and can no longer get a drop for it this week, What the gear guide is actually doing is showing you that that dungeon still has your best items and is still recommended.
