Waypoint arrow keeps disappearing

Just arrived in Outland and went through the Outland Explorer achievement guide without any issues. Now that I'm using the Hellfire Peninsula levelling guide, the waypoint arrow keeps disappearing. If I click on the step in the guide it comes back again. I've disabled all other addons but it hasn't made any difference.

The odd thing is that it has only started happening since I arrived in Outland.

Anything specific about when you see the problem? Running, mounted, flying, etc.? It would be helpful if you're able to provide a way to reproduce the problem you see.

Of course, now that I've reported it, it's stopped doing it

If it happens again, I'll get more details including what I was doing at the time and which step of the guide it was on.
