Personal error collection

I've gotten a few steps in some of the guides where I'm lead to somewhere and there is nothing there.

This is mainly in the old expansions, BfA has worked great.
But i'm a new player and just started playing during BfA release so i have nothing completed except for the BfA stuff.

So I've decided to start writing these down to help update the guides if these are changes in the game (deleted quests etc.) or hopefully get explanations if this is on my side.
I will add these as i play along and find them.

There are still a lot of quests related to artifact power in Legion that we need to remove from the guides because Blizzard removed them from the game. You'll find these quests are mainly in your Legion class hall.

I see, is "The Hand of Fate" one of them? that's one of quests i got stuck on doing the Argus Campaign when trying to unlock new allied races.

That is not one of the quests that has been removed from the game. I did find that if you happen to have The Call For Allies quest active in your log then you will not be able to do The Hand of Fate until you turn in The Call For Allies so check on that possibility.
