    well it's not fixed yet... i think this is the last month for me, you guys are just not worth it.
    the gathering professions in bfa are still missing and the server downtime it's just enough for me to pass on the guide.

      Just paid for the service a few minutes ago. Not a good sign. Was hoping to use it today. I kinda knew something was up when the entire website was incredibly slow...

      I keep getting "attempting to connect to the internet...", and then the app just stops working.

        Hello and no, it isnt soved.
        Thats why i want to cancel my plan, BUT this isnt possible. It doesnt matter what i chose my next rebill is next month.

        Can it be, that you want that people cant cancel the payment?

          I'm also having issues within wow. The guide won't advance to the next step....I'm having to do that manually.

              Love my Zygor

              I'll add my experience hoping it can help with the fix....

              yesterday around 3pm eastern the updat client would come up without my preloaded login/pass. I entered my info but would get an error message. My in-game guide worked fine so I figured I's check back today.

              Today: client unable to "find the internet and connect" as mentioned above. Check the form & find this thread. As mentioned above... site response VERY slow. Feels like ddos maybe. Maybe your server has decided to throttle you?

              Now: 10:35 E, I'm back to the issue I had yesterday. Client comes up but will not recognize l/p. Error message: Internal error; unrecognized response
              I'm going to change pw and retry.

              Zygor customer service is fast (as they can be), respectful and always on top of things. So I know the detectives are at work and the issue will be resolved. I'll add anything that might be helpful if my experience changes.

                The client is working for me now, got the latest update.

                    Try restarting your client. I just was able to get AH data without any issues.

                      Well, my client actually works now, but I had to manually download and install the beta client again to get 1.21. Mine was stuck on 1.20 and would not update itself.

                            We're rolling out a client update for the beta client which is slowing the server some. If you keep trying it should work.

                              ye i have now the same problem : ,,Internal error; unrecognized response '' :/ and i just re-sub to zygor and this is what i get xD i hope this gonna be fix asap

                                Same problem today, both clients timing out. Current client says An error occurred while updating your client information. And beta client doesn't recognize my subscription and shows as "Trial", can't update any guides or AH data.
