    Unable To Log Into Zygor Client

    Hello:

    It's Saturday night 9/22/2018 10:30 PM E.S.T. and your website is acting kind of funky (takes forever to log in and after I do everything takes a bit of time to load... very, very sluggish).

    Anyway... I uninstalled the Zygor Client from my PC (I use Windows 10) and then re-installed it a few minutes ago. It took quite a while to connect to the Internet, and then when it FINALLY got to the point where I could sign in (it took about 10 minutes to establish a connection) I get a message:

    "Internal Error. Unrecognized Response".

    What gives?

    My Internet connection is just fine. No problem playing WoW, no problem connecting to my other games, no problem surfing the Web or signing into other Websites.

    Is there a problem at your end?

    Since I'm unable to log in, the client won't update itself either (though I have Zygor in my addons folder which is working just fine).

    Our server is running really slow right now and that is causing the client to timeout when it's doing a server check to ensure there is a connection. It should hopefully be sorted out before too long.

            This should be resolved now. The server will continue to speed back up over the next few hours hopefully.

              The Desktop client login isn't quite 'fixed', but i expect it to clear up over the weekend. using the new beta client, which is ... better, but i'm not sure what's changed behind the scenes to have such an effect over the last few days.

              was able to log in about 15 minutes ago...

              However, when it's logged in, it's also showing up as "Trial Account" once logged in. after logging out to clear the client's 'trial' credentials, the same issue is present.

              keeping an eye on the discord for updates on the beta anyway.

                Yea same with me, I cannot log in at all. I get "Internal error. Unrecognized response". Using the normal client not beta.

                    I initially was having a java issue, then I deleted the client and downloaded and installed the new client. Now I'm having the "Internal Error. Unrecognized Response" issue when trying to log in. Is the server issue you were having 2 months ago happening again, or is this a different issue altogether?

                      It's not a server issue like before or we'd see more than just you reporting a problem. It might be some odd issue in the connection between your computer and our server. Try using a VPN to change your connection path to see if that resolves it.

                        So I am now get the Internal Error. Unrecognized Response now. I have uninstalled the zygor client multiple times and reinstalled the client with no success. I tried to download the beta and get another error that my internet connection is timing out. I have checked my connections and everything on my side seems okay. Can I please get some assistance on what is going on.

                          Have you tested with a 2nd computer (to see if computer specific) or with a VPN to try changing the connection path?
