Zygor not updating automatically

For some time now the client shows me that there is an update but doesnt automatically update the guide. I have it in my settings that it should do this automatically. Re-installing didnt help. What to do?

When you are looking at the client in the middle is WoW and right beside it is a small box. Make sure that box is orange.

I don't believe this is an issue with the new beta client is it?

Correct, the beta client works a little differently and doesn't have that check box.
