Disabligng Gear System does not remove/disable new Gear tab on character screen

As mentioned in the title i really do not care much for the gear system even though it's greatly improved in the latest release. For me Zygor is mainly used for leveling ASAP and some professions and achievement progress.

Gear System has been permanently disabled in my settings, but now after update I still see the new gear tab on my character screen even though Gear System is disabled in settings. Please allow me to remove that tab without disabling the addon completely as it's very annoying.

Try toggling the gear advisor on and off again and then reload the UI to see if that gets rid of it.

Also, make sure your guides are up to date. The tab removing when disabled was added in after the initial release of the new gear system.
