No guide located in Dark Elf starting area.

Hi,

I am and extreme noob for Elder Scrolls Online. I created a Dark Elf toon and started the game. The Zygor guide window came up no problem but found no starting zone. I'm so new I don't even know if there should be one for this area but...

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Also, the Search window on my machine (Linux Mint 19) and firefox doesn't open at the right size so I was unable to search for any posts related to mine. Sorry. I will boot windows and see if it's the same and append to this if so.

I think you started in the new starting area and that one had no guide. It's a very straight forward starting area that you should be able to do without any problems even if your brand new to the game. It's just a few quests to help introduce you to some of the game mechanics.
