Guide now working in game

i downloaded the beta guide and now i can use my map and quest log again thx

For firegodd, any change after today's update?

Unfortunately it has not fixed it. I don't know if this helps but the minimap icon doesn't even show up for me to load the guides.

Also if it helps as well the client keeps asking me Are you sure you want to completely uninstall your guides? Only files provided by Zygor will be deleted; custom files will not be touched.

Try opening the Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Escape) and in the Processes tab (pre-Win8) or the Details tab (Win8 or Win10) find the java.exe process that is running. When you find it end that process then try running the client again.

Okay the client isn't doing that anymore, but still having the in game issue of the guides not wanting to show up at all with lots of bug coming from Zygor.

Now that the client is working properly, try this for a test.

1. Exit the game
2. Go to your WoW/Cache folder and delete everything in there
3. Go to your WoW folder and rename the Interface and WTF folders to Interface.Old and WTF.Old
4. Run the Zygor desktop client, click the refresh button in the top right, and then click on the Install button
5. Go in game to test and then let me know if that fixed it

It works when I did this. When it is by itself in a clean wtf and cache environment. Going to slowly add my other addons to see if any of them trip Zygor out. I turned them off before and still go the errors though. Wonder why it changed?

I found the addon that is tripping Zygor out. It is call "All The Sets". So going to disable that one and get in touch with the author. Thank you for your guys help. I'm lost without ur addon.

Glad we were able to finally narrow it down.
