Mage artifact quests

Now this I don't think is Zygor Problem But .
started the frost and flame scenario,
quest is 62 all green and ticked .
63 click aethass portal is ticked and green alliance by the way
65 kill Iceborn conjurer . This is were im stuck I went in portal nothing happened after 5 min I logged out restarted wow. Now I cant delete the quest , so stuck any ideas would be awesome . As I assume going in portal took me to icecrown citidal. Thanks

I would suggest going back to where the portal is (exit the scenario) and then abandon and re-start the scenario. Sounds like it didn't get started right or something odd like that. Also keep in mind that to do those artifact scenarios you must be in that spec.

Will go try the portal , im afraid abandoning wont work all greyed out and yes she is a mage ty

I meant if you're going after the fire artifact you need to be in fire spec, ice artifact you need to be in ice spec.

Well still can't believe a portal was open for me , reading up on the quest it said it would only be open for a short time. I was in a totally wrong place looking for Aethas Sunreaver , so thank you got my artifact . Love you guys x
