Blizzard Quest Objective screen showing/not showing?

Hi,
I noticed on one character every quest I picked up got listed on the on the Blizzard Quest Objective screen. With another alt it displays some of them, or when I go into quest tracker screen (Blizz) I can click on them one by one and they get added. What controls if these add/don't add on the screen? I believe it is integrated somehow with Zygor?

We don't do anything with the Blizzard quest tracker window so it's probably something else that's affecting if they are being added or not. The only thing I can suggest is to check on any other addons you have running to see if any of them interact with the quest log or quest tracker and also double check the main Blizzard settings to see if there are any check boxes for the quest tracker that might be un-checked.
