    Cannot Subscribe

    it's been a while since i did subscribe and i remember having to ask to cancel for my sub back in the days maybe thats why .. but when i try to sub right now i get


    Your payment has failed.

    You requested recurring payments no longer be accepted on this card. Please update your billing information.

    I have cleared out the billing information and this should allow you to get signed up with the payment method of your choice. If you continue to have problems with this please let me know.

      filling my info and clicking "Preview Order" at the end does nothing now. Well ... it "greys out" and there is a loading going on .. but after 10 seconds or so the "Preview Order" becomes clickable again

      also, trying to authorize paypal gives me this

      PayPal authorization failed:
      api-error: Public key not found [invalid-public-key]

        Try using a different browser to see if that changes anything.

            We've had plenty of people signing up so I'm not sure why you're having a problem. Maybe try a VPN to change the connection path in case there's something odd between your computer and our server.

              well .. i tried everything ... even creating a new account .. another wifi .. another computer ... 4 different browser

              after some google search, theres no way an API error can be on my side

              here is what i get

                  Same Issue here

                  I am having the exact same issue. I am trying to update or even just submit my payment info and it just stays on the "Preview Order" screen.

                    I too was a past subscriber and want to resubscribe, but am unable to update payment method. Tried both CC & PayPal, get to Order Summary, I hit Submit Order and just says "Your payment has failed. You requested recurring payments no longer be accepted on this care. Please update your billing information."

                            I am also having this same issue... trying to figure out why you don't put in a clear data link for when trying to resubscribe inside our account?

                            This is obviously not the first time this has happened, as mentioned and resolved above. Would appreciate you resetting my account data as well, since I can't. Hope no one ever gets a new credit card in the future, because when they try to update it on your site, it will fail, because it won't forget old data.
