tried deactivating subscription 5 times with no response!

I've tried unsubscribing from Zygor for multiple times already. And i've been charged since i've first requested my sub to be stopped. over the past 2 months support has not come back to me or disabled my account!

The last thing I can find from you in our system is a live chat back in May for cancelling the sub. The subscription is now cancelled.

If this is true, then the "leave a message" feature of the chat functionality does not work correctly. 5 times i've left a message when support was not available on chat, and 5 times no success, thanks for cancelling.
