War Campaign is no working

I was going through the new 8.1 update to the war campaign and it was going ok until I got to step 703. I was able to turn in the quest "Mischief Managed" but it says to accept "..." from Halford Wyrmbane but there is no quest and no way to proceed.

I have done every quest I can find and even did the Tyrande's Ascension and the new Darkshore Warfront.


So is the guide broken?

This is something that we will check on. The quests were on PTR but they don't appear to be on live servers. It could be something where Blizzard will release more of them next week. They've done that in the past where for a big patch like this they took 2 or 3 weeks to release all of the stuff.
