8.1 [Alliance] War Campaign Issues

Alliance guide, at step 618, Okri Putterwrench does NOT give the quest "Free Plumeria!". You have to first do step 619 (turn in the 3 quests to Rosaline Madison) before he has the quest available.

Currently is:

- Turn in "Zero Zeppelins" to Okri Putterwrench.

- Accept "Free Plumeria!" from Okri Putterwrench.

- Turn in "Outrigger Outfitters" to Rosaline Madison
- Turn in "Repel the Horde!" to Rosaline Madison
- Turn in "Squad Goals" to Rosaline Madison
- Accept "Gunpowder Plots" from Rosaline Madison
- Accept "Masking For a Friend" from Rosaline Madison

Should be:

618
