Server trends not updating

Just noticed that the guide is complaining that the server trends are 110 hours old, which would roughly correspond with patch 8.1 here in the UK. No auction house updates are appearing in the client.

I've updated the paths in the client to include the new _retail_ directory.

Make sure the small box beside WoW on the main client page is orange. If it's not orange then the trends won't get updated.

I'm using the new Zygor updater, and there is no orange tick box. The client says there is an update to the trends, but try as I might, it isn't sticking the landing. Any suggestions?

Something might not be letting it update the file. Try manually deleting the ZygorGuidesViewer folder in the Addons folder and then install a fresh copy of the guide files.

This what I see in the Zygor client. I tried your suggestion and deleted the addon folder and reinstalled.

Yes, I have my realms configured and synced.

How many realms do you have set? I think it will download only so many at a time which would still leave some to be updated. Another thing to try is to run the desktop client as an admin.

Two realms, and I'll try running as admin next time, although looking at the date, it will be into January before I can report the results.

Had the same problem has OP and Zygor Support's solution worked for me Here is a picture of the tick box that needs to be orange, to turn it orange just click on it. Capture.PNG

having the same problem here only i see an orange box i can click on the data is from the 23th and it needs to be updated to today which is the 25th but for some reason its not going through can somebody help me pls

Trend data gets updated on average every 2 days. So if it's showing as under 48 hours old in game you're fine. Just let the desktop client run in the background and it will update the trend data when it becomes available.
