    War Campaign - Step 640

    I'm on step 640 of the war campaign and it has me turn in 'War Marches On' (Complete) and Accept 'Sensitive Intel' from Hayford Wyrmbane, however, the NPC isn't offering the 2nd quest 'Sensitive Intel'.

    I looked it up on wowhead and found this:

    According to wowhead it looks like there is a prerequisite quest ('Changing Course') before I can get 'Sensitive Intel'. But I am unsure on how to acquire 'Changing Course'. But in the comments I found someone posted that you need 7k/21k rep with 7th Legion.

    Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

    Changing Course looks like it is most likely just a breadcrumb quest and not required for Sensitive Intel. What is your current 7th Legion rep at? Have you hit Revered?

        Try taking that up to 7.5k/21k for the rep and see if it's available then. You should be able to do WQs in Nazmir, Vol'dun, and Zuldazar to raise up the rep, as well as warfront contributions and the Azerite for the Alliance weekly with the island expeditions.

          So I finally hit 7k/21k revered with 7th Legion. Headed back to Boralus. Upon arriving I got the quest 'Chaning Course' to go see Halford Wyrmbane. Turned in the quest and then I was offered 'Sensitive Intel'.

          Just completed the 'The Sleeper Agent' series. Got 2200 7th Legion rep for it. Puts me at 9208/21000. Your guide says to accept new quest from Halford 'The Abyssal Scepter' but he's not offering at the moment. Suppose its another gated quest based on rep grind. Looks like I have to hit 14k for 7th Legion to unlock this quest.

            Most likely when these quests were added with the 8.1 PTR Blizzard didn't have any rep restrictions on them so the team didn't know to put in any tips for rep requirements. I'll make sure they know about it so they can get them fixed.

              Just fyi.. I just hit 14k of 21k Revered with 7th Legion and I am now offered the 'The Abyssal Scepter' quest from Halford Wyrmbane.
