I've used it as a lead to start of gold making... Is it perfection? No, but a nice to have. I'm not trying to tear it down in any way, like I've said I've used/am using it from time to time. It gives you ideas on how and when to tackle certain markets on your server.
Will it make you 5 million gold? NO - Can it help you in making 5 million gold? YES
How long it will take depends on so many variables like your markets, your time invested, your server, the people on it, competition...... the list goes on. As every aspect about WoW, enjoy it! Enjoy making gold and you will be riding that Long Boy in no time!
