Is this as fleshed out as the WoW guide is? Last time I used the ESO guide it was extremely lacklustre relative to WoW's version.

It would always be lackluster compared to WoW guides simply because the addon API for ESO is no where near as robust as the WoW API resulting in less things we can do in ESO. You can always install the ESO guides for free. When we stopped maintaining the ESO guides we set them as free for everyone.

I recommend getting the version I've been maintaining. Zygor pinned the forum threads. Either has all the information you need to get started.
