    Client is stuck with multiple guide tabs

    Sorry if this is in the wrong place....

    Not sure how this happened, as I never even loaded this particular guide. But my Zygor client has ENDLESS copies of the "Feast of Winterveil" guide loaded, and no matter what I do, I cannot close them all.


    I have tried deactivating the addon, and even deleting the addon in the WoW folder and reinstalling the loader program from here to reinstall it. It doesn't change anything.


    It works fine for my other characters, but my main's is screwed. I've tried logging in another character, and going to Profiles, and deleting my main's Zygor profile, but again, nothing changes.


    Please help, as the way it is now, I cannot use my Zygor Guides.

    Let's try a less aggressive possible fix. On the toon that has the problem click on the gear icon on the guide viewer to open up the settings. Go into the Profile section and click on the reset profile button. After resetting the profile reload the UI with /re in the chat window. That should fix the tabs issue while not affecting the settings for the other characters.

      Thank you for the response.

      Unfortunately, that didn't work. There isn't actually a "Reset Profile" button. But there is a "Reset to Defaults" button. I clicked that, then /re in the chat window. As I said earlier, I even tried the "Delete Profile" button as well, but I cannot select the character I'm currently logged into, so I logged into an alt, then selected "Decay" (which is the character I'm having the issue on), and pressed "Delete Profile". But again, nothing changed.

        Try exiting the game, go to your WoW/_retail_/WTF/Account/<your account name here>/SavedVariables folder, and delete the Zygor files in there. Then log in (everything will act like new guide install) and see if that has it all fixed for you.
