The travel system isn't suggesting I use this on any of my monks when it's time for the daily or level ** monk quest. I did submit a ticket, but I believe nothing was discovered. The arrow just displays the red "X" surrounded by a circle with the message "You can't get to Pandaria if you're below level 80 and haven't completed the quest "The Mission""
