There are problems with the Undercity fishing daily "Like Pike?". First, there is no direction given to the graves in step 24 (dig the graves). It seems like its inside Undercity but actually it takes place in front of undercity. Second, step 25 is greyed out so you never fish the fish needed. Step 29 to turn in the quest is greyed as well but I think that might be related to me not catching the fish yet.
