Leveling healing specs

I wonder if I choose a healing spec is the suggested talents for dungeons or solo play?

Blizzard has most of the talents for healing specs oriented toward grouping and healing others. As such we really don't have much choice but to follow suit and make our talent suggestions based on healing others with one or two defensive ones that are available.
