Step 1 of the guide is :
Load the "Aromatic Fish Oil" guide
Click the line above to load the guide.

I click the line and :
Cannot find guide: PROFESSIONS\Fishing\Farming Guides\Aromatic Fish Oil

Ahh, looks like that got moved to the Professions > Fishing > Farming Guides > Battle for Azeroth section. You should be able to find the Aromatic Fish Oil guide in there or you can use the search bar to find it fast. We'll get that cooking guide updated to point to the new location.
