Updater not updating

    What number is at the bottom left of your client? Do you have all of the Windows Updates installed? Have you whitelisted the client in your antivirus?

      I'm on ver 4.1.17 Windows Updates are up-to-date. No, I haven't whiltelisted the client. I get no warnings from Norton when the client tries to update and when I had this problem before it persisted even when I disabled Norton.

        That is the latest version so we'll need you to post or email us your log file. You can find this by right clicking the "Z" icon in your notifications tray and selecting logs. We'll need the log file with the most recent date you experienced this issue.

          Having re-installed the client today, the log file only appears to date from that point. I'll bear it in mind the next time it happens.
