subj, i've find only War Campaign, but this guide do not includes common quests.

Can't find guides for quests like

You said that there are scouting guides, i don't know have they that quests inside, but this guides requires honored reputation with the Honorbound while i can take quests from above with neutral reputation.

The 2 quests you mentioned/linked are not in any guides yet. We are still working on guides for the opposite faction zones. The War Campaign and different scouting guides are just for unlocking the areas on the other faction's zones but we don't have guides for the quests in those areas yet.

The expansion has been out for nearly eight months, may I ask what the delay is for quests like these that have been in the game the whole time?

Paying (12AUD) a month for incomplete zones is getting old very fast. Sorry for sounding cranky, I'm not sure how most people use your guides. I personally use it to complete zones and flight paths, that's pretty much it. I guess I'm under the impression most people purchase the guides for zone completions/flight points, even world quests — not achievements etc. which seems to be the main focus on your changelog.
