FYI, with 8.1.5 and the new portal room in Stormwind. If you are in the room and attempting to go to Caverns of Time, it tries to send you to Old Dalaran to take that portal, but that portal has been removed. So you get stuck.

FYI - you must now go to Uldam and fly to CoT.

Yes, it seems that they missed removing the portal from the Travel system.
