Horde War Campaign Quest "Righting Wrongs"

Attempting to continue with the Horde War Campaign after the patch, the guide is telling me to meet Bluffwatcher Proudscar on the docks to begin the quest "Righting Wrongs". Unfortunately, he is not offering the quest to me. I have completed the entire War Campaign guide up to that point and was wondering if there were perhaps a pre-req that I am missing. I am Exalted to Honorbound, Revered to Zandalari and Voldunai. I am nearly revered to Champions of Azeroth, Talanji and Tortollan. Other than that, I have completed all of the Pathfinder Part 1 achievements.

Any help would be great.

Okay, This particular quest may have some prerequisites. It looks like you first may have to complete "Tides of Vengence" and "Battle of Dazar'alor". Have you completed both of these yet?

I have completed both of the quests/events you mentioned. For Battle of Dazar'alor, I only did the victory or death wing as stated to do in the War Campaign guide. Should I have done the first and second parts as well? I will try to get revered on all the factions through world quests and see if that brings up the quest for me.

After a little searching in my quest log, I was able to discover that I hadn't yet finished the Fate Of Saurfang event which I had started. After running through the final few steps which included an agonizingly permanent choice to be made, I was able to take the Righting Wrongs quest from the Tauren on the docks.

Perhaps this info should be included in the War Campaign guide?

I am stuck at the same thing. I found Bluffwatcher Proudscar but there is no interaction available. I completed the whole Draz'alor raid. All three parts. Did the Whole Saurfang fate quests lines. And I have the tides of vengeance achievement. Yes the interaction with Proudscar is not available.

OK. Found the problem. Had to pay tribute to the king. Then talk to Sylvanis and watch her raise Proudmore from the dead. Then talk to the Blightcaller for the turn in. And now it is available. None of those steps are in there after you kill Jaina Proudmore in the raid.

As usual being a new patch things can be overwhelming. With that being said, where do I start in the guide with the new patch content? I'm trying to match the new quest given when you login with the guide, but I'm not sure what section it is in. I'm on the horde side.

Our guides have a quest search feature that can help you easily find the guide you need. Open your quest log, select the quest you want to search for, and click the magnifying glass button. This will search all of our guides, and show you a list of guides that contain that particular quest. Additionally, you can go to the Home section of the guide menu in-game, and see a list of clickable links of newly added guides, which will open the corresponding guide for the link you clicked. You'll want the Nazjatar guide in the Leveling > BfA > Kul Tiras section. That should be the one you're looking for.
