how do i unlock all the other races?

ye where are the guides for all the new other races?

Look in the Leveling > BfA > Allied Races section of the guide selection window.

ok wil one question is there away when questing to turn off cave quest i find cave quest anoying and don't wanna do cave quest. but i wanna unlock all the races not only from bfa also the void elf etc.

There is no way to turn off specific quests in the guide.
