War Campaign issues

So I'm using the war campaign guide and it's not auto accepting some quest. So I skipped the step and then it zoomed through a bunch of quest that I haven't completed yet.. Now I can't find them in my quest log. Can I just reset the guide? Is there a way?

Go back to step 1 of the guide and let it fast forward thru the completed steps. You don't want to skip anything so if something isn't being auto-accepted double check to see if something was missed.
