    "It looks like the app crashed."

    It happened after auto upgrade to 4.1.17 , and also with the one downloaded
    zygorguides.com (also 4.1.17).

    "It looks like the app crashed."

    "Would you like to send anonymous crash report to Zygor?"

    And so I just did, serveral times.

    I have not tried to uninstall the viewer and install it again. So
    the guide does not work now, it just crashes.

    Have you tried completely uninstalling the client before installing a fresh copy from the member's section? You should be able to uninstall your existing copy similar to any other windows application.
