Steps doesn't work

Hello,

With a mate we got the same problem, every time we finish a step, Zygor stay stuck at this one, we have to skip the step by ourselves, do you know why ? I can make a clip of that if needed

Try going into the guide viewer settings and disable the share mode.

I'm having the same issue, when I reach then end of a "follow this path" mark, it doesn't update to the newer step. I have share mode disabled? Any suggestions?

I also noticed that when i have use travel system on, the arrow disappears when reaching step destination and when i check use travel system option off, it reappears, but does not update to next path.

Have you tried disabling all other addons to see if something is preventing the guide viewer from seeing you reach that location?

Yes, I've relogged in with all other addons disabled and the problem persists. I also tried deleting and reinstalling Zygor addon.

Are you able to right click on the waypoint arrow and bring up the options? If so, what do they say?

This is an example of a quest that the arrow disappears after I approach the required step(i couldn't upload 3rd screenshot due to size limit.)

Okay, can you please open the Enhancements option from the Guide Viewer options, and make sure you have "Auto-accept/turn-in guide quests" checked.

It is, I had it from the beginning.

Try doing a full guide wipe/reset.

1. exit WoW
2. go to the WoW/_retail_/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder
3. go to the WoW/_retail_/WTF/Account/<your account name here>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
4. run the desktop client and install a fresh copy of the guides
5. go back in game to test and let me know if that fixed it

I followed every step as you said, I also checked if auto turn in quests is on and yet still arrow keeps disappearing.

Also, i noticed that if I do go on and complete the actual quest, the arrow then reappears, and then disappears again when I reach the next path step.

Try this for a test.

1. Exit the game
2. Go to your WoW/_retail_/Cache folder and delete everything in there
3. Go to your WoW/_retail_ folder and rename the Interface and WTF folders to Interface.Old and WTF.Old
4. Run the Zygor desktop client, click the refresh button in the top right, and then click on the Install button
5. Go in game to test and then let me know if that fixed it

This will make it look like a fresh game install and the only addon that should be installed with the test is the guides. You will be able to get all of your addons back after testing by renaming the folders again.
