Problem loading guides on Alliance mage

I'm having trouble since the latest patch getting the guide to load on my Alliance mage. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired, sync'd, etc. numerous times and it's still not working. I can get the guides loaded on other toons, both Horde and Alliance.

Help, please!

And now my computer makes a liar out of me. After 2 or 3 days of this problem, it now has corrected itself.
