Are there any kul Tiraz guides for questing?

Yes, those would be the Alliance side Leveling guides for the Drustvar, Tiragarde Sound, and Stormsong Valley zones.

But as a Horde player, there are several quests that i can do there right? Is there a guide for those?

We do not currently have any opposite faction guides for those zones.

Right now I don't think so. There is only a very small handful of quests that can be done at any given opposite faction hub. Most of the questing you will do in opposite faction zones is the world quests and those we do have covered.
