Hopefully simple noob issue I can't figure out

So I'm working on a quest that repeatedly has me clicking on an item. It had the item in a little box on top of the guide and I've accidentally x'ed it out. I cannot figure out how to get it back. I'm sure it's something insanely simple that I'm just over looking, but I cannot find it!

edit: found it. It's the Zygor action bar... nothing to see here

You should be able to click the left arrow to back step in the guide viewer, and then right arrow to forward step and this should bring back the item.
