Quest "The party never ends" is bugged and looks like it has been for many years. Appetizers are not available to purchase, they apparently are on a second page of vendor that doesn't exist.

ZI also love the fact I joined Zygor in 2010 and I and a "newbie" and have a "basic" membership since I bought almost every guide available before subscription method.

It sounds like you might be having some sort of addon conflict happening that's preventing you from seeing more pages on a vendor. This quest is not bugged and I can't find any mention anywhere that the items are not able to be purchased. Where are you finding someone saying it's been bugged for many years?
