Guide not showing

Tried zygor show as well as a reinstall but not having any luck

When you look at the addon listing at the character selection screen, what color is the check mark for Zygor? Do you see any Zygor messages in the chat window when you first log in? Have you tried disabling all other addons?

ok with that I saw that the check make was white so I deselected it and checked it again and it worked
