Problem with some guides 8.2

When in game and I try to load the following guides, nothing happens.

Added Mechagon Stortyline
Added 8.2 War Campaign
Added Nazjatar Dropped Quests
Added Mechagon Dropped Quests
Added Mechagon Crafting Blueprints


When I click on any of the above nothing happens. The other guides that were added seem to work just fine.

Using guide 7.0.20451, tried repair, tried uninstall/reinstall and deleting Zygor files in SavedVariables, tried on different characters.

Okay, you may need to run a repair, I'm unable to duplicate these issue. To do so, you will need to close the game and open the Zygor Client. Here you will need to click "WoW Guide Content" and then click the Repair tab with a wrench at the top of the Client window. Please let us know if this resolves the issue for you. Thank you.

Tried doing the repair, tried a uninstall and reinstall
Tried removing the .lua files
Tried removing all addons except for zygor

My guide give me the beachball when I try to search

The links on the home screen might be broken but you should be able to search for the guide and load it manually. Most of those guides listed are found in the Leveling > BfA > Kul Tiras section.

How do you do a proper clean? Im still getting the beachball when I search for a quest or anything in the guide.

What exactly do you mean by a beach ball? Searching by quest name does not work, you must search by quest ID. https://zygorguides.com/support/manual/search

It's a Mac issue, so when I try to type anything in the app (in game) it freezes the entire game for a few seconds, then I can type something to search.

I'll try this not late at night when im tired.

When I do a search as suggested below, it freezes WOW for 1-3 seconds every time I search.

How do I do a full/clean install?

1. exit WoW
2. go to the WoW/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder
3. go to the WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
4. run the desktop client and install a fresh copy of the guides

That didn't help, I also disabled all other addons. Same issue.

So when I start to type it freezes the game, one I type if I backspace or delete what I typed to type something else same thing happens.

This was after a the clean uninstall as suggested.

What search terms are you using that causes the lag?
