Avoid the group quest

Hello i am a low level player (horde) and following the leveling route in the silverpine forest i reach a quest that require to fight against an elite (2 level over mine) and(i am leveling solo) after many trials i had to skip that quest. This happen again after some quests.
There is a way to have an option to avoid group quest or elite killing?
If there is this option can you explain me how to activate it ?

as horde in bfa yes.
I love questing with zygor guide on but having the option to avoid quest which require to kill elite npc which is 3 level over mine or "group quest" could be a really good option.

If you find something too difficult and want to skip it, you can just click to go to the next step of the guide. The guide will mark the quest turn in grey for any quest(s) you skip, so you won't lose your place or get confused. Hope that helps.
