Missing Mechagon daily quest

I believe there is a missing daily quest for Mechagon. "Do Not Drink" by Koupal Oilshins, coords 59.04 31.65

I do find that quest in the Mechagon Dailies guide. Have you made sure you have the latest guide update?

I'm at 7.0.20482 . What step in the dailies is it?

Accept it on step 138 and turn it in on step 140.

If i'm on step 136 which is for Tyler Swaptech to accept Bots Gone Wild, if I click "click here if this quest is not available", it immediately jumps to step 139 which is talk to Pedram Mechanotrax and accept a daily question

If you already have the quest accepted and in your log it will skip the accept step.
