In the Cooking Leveling Guide, Step 11. It guides the player to obtain 30 Refreshing Spring Water from the NPC: Erika Tate. Which the directs the player to a waypoint in Loch Modan 78,53. The actual npc is located in Stormwind in the Pig and Whistle Tavern 77,53
