Guide doesn't give enough XP for next quest

The hero's call quests are all breadcrumb quests and not needed if they are not available. It's safe to skip them if it's not available for any reason.

Tried that and ended up stuck on not being able to pick up the Gnoll Deed quest next to Hogger. Grinded out over 3/4 of a level on gnolls around that area and was then able to pick up the quest.

I mention it because I notice there are a few quests not accepted or completed in the guide and I wondered if that would bridge the gap easier. I have noticed no such issue in the dwarf or night elf starting areas.
