Does ZYGOR update quests when switchig zones?

I have a simple and probably easy question. Does ZYGOR update the quests shown when switchig zones, for example, from dwarf starting area to the human starting area?

Not automatically but if you decide to head to a different starting zone you can load the guide for that starting zone to follow that one instead.
