Cannot download the Classic Guide from Client

Hi,
Currently im trying to download the classic guide from the client, but when I press install I get an "updateGuides failed" message. I have tried to restart the client, but no luck yet.

Can you provide a screenshot of the installations tab in your settings?

One thing to try. Right click on the small Z icon on the task bar tray and select Exit to shut down the client completely. Then right click your desktop shortcut and select to run as administrator. See if that works.

Same issue here. I really dont know how to install the guide at all.

Can you guys send your log files to support@zygorguides.com ? You can access the logs via the system tray icon.
