Human (1-13) - Quest "Bounty on Murlocs"

Step 61 in the "Human (1-13)" guide tells to accept the quest "Bounty on Murlocs" (https://classic.wowhead.com/quest=46/bounty-on-murlocs) which is not possible, since the quest "Deliver Thomas' Report" (https://classic.wowhead.com/quest=39...-thomas-report) seems to be a prerequisite which will be turned in after step 61.

This quest doesn't exist because it wasn't added until 1.13

Wrong @socrlax24. It does indeed exist and becomes available after turning in "Deliver Thomas' Report". I completed the quest "Bounty on Murlocs" a few hours ago, right before I made my post in this forum.

Also, current classic game is 1.13.

Also noticed this, had to skip it and come back to it after I did the prerequisite quest and all went fine

This quest was available the entirety of vanilla WOW however it has a perquisite. IDK why people think it either didn't exist in 1.12 or was removed.
