Human (1-13) - Quest "In Defense of the King's Lands"

Step 122 in the "Human (1-13)" guide tells to accept "In Defense of the King's Lands" (https://classic.wowhead.com/quest=22...he-kings-lands) which is possible, but Zygor does not detect the quest as being accepted. As a consequence, the tracking of the mobs to be killed from step 124 to 126 is not working. And as a final consequence, turning in of the quest in step 127 is also not being detected.

Maybe it's because there are three more quests with the same name but different quest IDs? See:
