Stuck in never ending loop of missing quest chains.

Hi,

I started using the guide on level 22 (Horde), problem is that after 8-9 hours of trying to get in sync with the guide (googling previous quests to unlock next step etc) I have thus far only gotten 1/4 of a level, and seemingly no where closer to get synced, for a moment I thought everything was fine but 4-5 steps later I am missing a whole new range of previous quest chains.

If that was not giving me a headache all current wow databases are absolutely terrible at showing quest chains. Oh boy i miss the original Thottbot for this exact purpose.

Any way to make Zygor actually tell me what steps in chains I am missing? Greyed out quest in the guide does not help much if there are 3-4 quests before that missing and no proper database that can actually show you a quest chain.

I'll use the example level of 25, just adjust for your level. You want to load the guide for about 2 levels before your level so in the example the 20-25 guide. Now find the step in the guide where it tells you to grind to that 2 levels before your level (grind to 23 for the example). At that point start following the guide but there will be a lot of stuff at the start that you can't do. Just skip those steps and keep doing whatever you're able to do. Before you know it you'll be fairly well back in sync with the guides with just an occasional thing that you can't do.

Regarding a database of quests. I am surprised you have not stumbled on wowhead during your googling. This is actually the current thottbot which you can even access via their site.
